I need to add additional attributes on My User Editor record in RTC.

Is it possible to customize User record inside Jazz Platform?

I need to add department and phone number attributes for each specific user.

at this time, you cannot extend the user record info.

there was a workitem referencing this on the enhancement backlog

I have this need too.  Did you ever find out if it's possible?  If not, is the a work item to track this enhancement request?
