I want to convert work items from a 3rd party tool into Jazz repository. Is it possible with an xml file, or with an other solution ?

I don't know yet the tool I want to use, but i know i'll have to do this operation, does anyone have tried this ?

Thanks

We support importing work items in the Bugzilla XML format. So importing
work items from Bugzilla will work out-of-the-box, while other sources
need additional work:

You have to find a way to get the work items from your 3rd party tool
into the same XML format that Bugzilla uses. The exact steps will vary,
but if your tool can export XML, a viable approach may be: Export to XML
--> transform into Bugzilla XML using XSLT --> Import from Bugzilla XML.
