Do I need data warehouse if only using RTC 3.0.1?

Hello,

Do I need to create a separate database for data warehouse, if all I need is RTC, and BIRT reports? In RTC 3.0.1, during the setup configuration, there is an option to not configure data warehouse. If I chose that option, will I still get reports?

Any documentation on this?

If you are using just RTC, you should be OK. But a CLM setup with RTC, RQM and RRC requires the shared data warehouse.

Could you elaborate your answer? What happens if you just skip the step of creating data warehouse in all applications?
