RTC Upgrade from 3.0 ifix1 to 3.0.1 error

Anthony Giordano (2762615) | asked Jul 13 '11, 9:55 a.m.
I continue to get the error when I upgraded RTC to 3.0.1:

Application: the consumer key "3de936c9e5c24a208cda018167d3cc2b" for "/ccm"
was allocated by this server, when it should have been allocated by the
application.
This may indicate that the setup wizard for the application must be
executed.

I can't access my projects or plans as a result.

I tried unregistering the app and reregistering the app and still get the
error. Any thoughts on how to fix it? I have tried this 3 times from the
beginning and the error persists.

Hi:

Thanks for the info. However, after removing the ccm app, reregistered the
app in jts setup and running ccm setup and finalizing the setup, the error
still appears.

Now what? :-)

After you register an application, you are required to go through the
application's setup steps in order to "finalize" it. If you
register an application from within the JTS setup wizard, you are
automatically led through the application's setup steps. If you
register an application directly in the JTS administration UI, a
prompt should appear at the top of the page advising you to execute
the application's setup steps, with a link you can click on to do so.
Or, you can just go to the /ccm/setup URL on your server and go
through the CCM setup steps. After going through them successfully,
this message should no longer appear.
