Add vs Import (Any difference)

I just curious to hear if there is any difference in importing a folder (w/ files) into RTC verses copying the folder into your repo workspace and then delivering it to the stream?

By "import a folder", what RTC operation did you have in mind?

Cheers,

Still can't tell what you are referring to.
Is "Import from File System" an Eclipse, Visual Studio, or command line
operation?
For example in Eclipse, the options under "Import -> RTC" are:
- Change Set Archive
- ClearCase Stream or Branch
- SVN Dump File

Perhaps you are referring to "Import -> General -> File System" ?
That is for importing files into your Eclipse workspace, and has nothing
to do with RTC.

Geoff
