Extract Infos from RRC

Hi,

I need to extract information from RRC Database an fill out a spreadsheet with this information in order to import in a toll without integration with Rational Tools.

Is it possible? Is there any way to select the information direct on database (using a ready only user and make queries or use REST Service)?

Thanks

Querying the database directly is not supported/documented. If you're using 3.0, you may want to have a look at this InfoCenter topic on exporting artifacts to CSV:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc/topics/t_export_csv.html

Otherwise, if you're using 2.0 you can query using the publishing (REST) service:

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rpcmpose/v2r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.rrc.help.doc/topics/r_report_datasources.html

Hope it helps,

Hi ,

I have been working with RRC 2.0 java API extracting outgoing and incoming links from artifacts but now i need to get validated by/implemented by links and i dont know how.

Do i have to use plain java api or REST api, any example or reference?
