How to set a default owner for the Owned By field in RTC 3.0

Hello,

we have RTC v3.0, a PA with several teams.
We would like to have an team based WIs owner so that when opening a Defect against a team the appropriate owner in the field Owned by to be set by default.

In the forum there is a similar question https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=53291.
If the solution suggested there (set a default owner for the Owned By field ) I must say I haven't found how to do it Owned by .
Does anybody has a suggestion?

Hi Zica,

you can create a default value provider and assign the provider to the owner field. Here is an example: I an not sure how to automatically calculate the default owner: https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=15096&highlight=default
