Does RTC support to import the records from CQ, as BugZilla
There is a way to "File-> Import from Bugzilla".
Can we import the records from CQ, without installing CQ Connector? I think it is a common case. Our lab have some teams, which are not large enough to install the standard version. But, they has use CQ many years. Is it possible for them to import records from CQ without CQ Connector? |

Oh, and I forgot to mention that you still need to obtain the Standard edition, because it is the only one that includes the CQ "synctool" application.

It's not so straightforward with CQ. First, you still need to define synchronization rules, because otherwise an importer would have no idea how you would want to map your CQ schema to work items. And it's a bit harder defining synchronization rules if you don't apply the connector-enablement package to your schema and install the CQ Connector Gateway server, because then you do not have any assistance available in the sync rule editor for the record types and fields of your schema; you'll have to type everything in manually.
