Sample code for RTC v3.0.1?

Ian Scott (1121) | asked Jun 20 '11, 12:27 p.m.
Hello,

I am very interested in seeing some sample code that is compatible with RTC v3.0.1.

I have started with the tutorial for Jazz Foundation Application SDK (OSGi) and Jazz Foundation Services and successfully managed to retrieve details of the currently logged on user.

I now want to be more adventurous and write some code that will retrieve a list of artifacts, e.g. requirements from RM, workitems from RTC, test cases from QM.

I have found some sample code for RTC v2.0.0.1 but when I run it fails to find any of the project areas that I have created on my local instance of JTS, so I am wondering if this due to difference between the API or resource naming.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks...

I am looking for an extension of this material but for RRC 3.0.1. Does anybody know how can I find it?

Thanks a lot and best regards.

Our recommendation these days is to use the OSLC services to access CLM artifacts. I'm not that familiar with what you can do specifically for accessing our product-specific artifacts (since I work in the Foundation area), but it looks like this 'OSLC Workshop' article might give you an idea of what you can do:

Thanks John,

That certainly looks like enough for me to chew on for the moment :-)
