Problem in RQM 3.0.1 installation

I tried to install RQM 3.0.1 by downloading "RQM-Web-Installer-Win-Web-3.0.1.zip" from Jazz net and installed it. After installtion, JTS and Tomcat is started from Start->Programs->Jazz Team Server->Start the Jazz Team Server and CLM Application. Tomacat started successfully. It displayed "Server startup in 195 ms".

Then I open browser and tried the url "https://192.168.1.2:9443/jts/setup

But, browser is displaying nothing. it is keep on waiting. I tried with Iexplorer, Mozilla, Chome.

OS: Windows Ultimate. Also tried on Windows XP ser pack 3

Can anybody help me out how to open Jazz console.

This appears to be a local network IP, which may not be accessible by the browser. Try the fully qualified host name of the server, which can be resolved by a DNS (see step 5 of https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/t_s_server_installation_setup_wizard.html).
