deleted workflow actions remain in permission screen

Hi,
Although I deleted some of my custom work items and its custom attributes, I can still see the old custom attributes in permissions screen. Is it possible to remove that entries?
where is the data of permissions read from?

ps: I cannot find the attribute in process template source.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
The attributes are also managed in the repository and there is currently no possibility to remove them from there.
