RTC3 - using the scm distributed model

Yaron Norani (47267064) | asked Jun 06 '11, 8:44 a.m.
Hello,

I have performed a migration to RTC3.
I have several development sites.
Currently we have only one JTS and CCM server.
We would like to have several servers for optimal performance.
We also have shared development activities between the sites.

1. What is the usage model?
2. Do I need "developer" license for all the users and for all sites?

Thanks,

Yaron

Yaron, this is the wrong forum, Using Team Concert would be better.
Have a look here: https://jazz.net/blog/index.php/2010/11/23/rational-team-concert-3-0-released/?ref_content=splashlink

Basically you can run against multiple streams on multiple servers and deliver/accept across those streams. For instance if a department run on different servers, but want to integrate their code.

You need developer licenses and you can't mix with 10free or developer for workgroups on any of those servers. See here at the end of the page: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/3.0.1
