Is Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 required?

Hi,

The tech note https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21461402
says Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 is required since Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 has ORA-03137: TTC protocol internal error.

But in Oracle download website, I can only find Oracle 11.2.0.2.0 for zLinux64. On Windows and Unix platform the latest version is 11.2.0.1.0.

Anybody knows the reason? Thanks!
