RTC error during Rational Asset Manager setup

Hi,
I am running Rational Asset Manager setup and am getting some errors which shows as DB2 related but the logs point to RTC/repotools....

I cannot proceed further unless this is resolved.

I spoke to IBM Rational and was told it is RTC issue.

Did anyone have similar experience and was able to resolve.

Let me know.
