Javascript error on RTC 3 iFix1 on Resolution Change
Hello,
in the RTC web client we got an browser error popup message "TypeError: this.__workItemAdapter is undefined" all the time when changing any work item status with any Resolution linked. This mainly happens on any custom workflow, which is not the default workflow (e.g risk workflow). The workflow works after normaly, but as we cannot surpress the popup, it is a very anoying issue. This is a blocking isse. Can anyone help to fix this please? Hello,
I'm getting the same error when using custom workflows in RTC 3.0 iFix 1. Very annoying , it works fine from the Eclipse client but from the web UI i get : "TypeError: this.__workItemAdapter is undefined" when changing to a state that have resolution linked to it. Hope someone can respond to this.. Hello, |

I confirm I get this and many similar errors when using the web client... save failed, plan wont load error error etc...
I haven't seen an improvement in this situation over time which makes me think: 1. The error reporting is inadequete for them to make use of it, so improve it 2. They dont have enough data, so work with your customers to get that data |

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER I confirm the same error, very annoying. I created https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=170294 to track this. If you have blocking issues and want it to be fixed please be proactive and create a work item - it is not rocket science :D |
