RC2 and Beta3

JAZZ DEVELOPER
We will make the second release candidate (RC2) available this weekend. RC2 is the basis for Beta 3. We will deploy RC2 for our own self hosting and sanity check it next week before we promote it to Beta 3.

RC2 comes with the full licensing and edition support. If you are willing to help us sanity check RC2 then this is highly welcome. Otherwise we recommend to wait for Beta 3.
