Enumerations greyed out

Aaron Lloyd (1111) | asked Feb 15 '11, 11:21 a.m.
Good morning!

I am trying to create an enumeration in RTC 2.0.0.2.

I can see it on my particular task, but it appears to be greyed out.

This seems to only happen with enumerations.

Is there something I can peruse to help me figure out what I am doing incorrectly?

(I am using 2.0.0.2 iFix 4.

Thanks!

After doing some additional digging, I have an update:

* I am able to update the enumerations for new tasks, but not for exisiting ones.

* I still am not able to update system enumerations (priority) after I add them to my new or exisiting work item. it appears that there is some bit I am not flipping properly.

So i believe my actual questions are:

1) is there any way to synchronize data in 2.0.X? It appears that you can do that in 3.0.X.

2) Is there any additional documentation I can read on how to enable system enumerations (and by system, I mean the default fiedlds that exist before customization. I can see them and add them to my editor, but they are not usable in the task work item.)

Thanks!
