Serious need for fixing licenses in p2 repo

I'd like to send someone a screenshot of the license window in Eclipse when installing the p2 repository. It's really something :) Empty entries, "", "licenseText", and something about how a feature (unidentified) is bound to the same terms as the product being installed, but there isn't such an agreement -- where that would be is an empty space.

I'm not sure that's a great situation and should really be heavily QA'd before a release.
