Issue with enable mail/change settings with RTC 3.0 on IBM i

Hi,

I just completed the installation of RTC 3.0 on WAS 6.1 for IBM i on i5/OS V5R4. The Service Error Summary says There are no service errors.

When I enable the mail the following error occurs: Failed to persist the configuration changes. The failure occured while backing up the old configuration to "/QIBM/UserData/JazzTeamServer/V3.0/server/conf/jts/teamserver-1295511409383bakup.properties". Please check that the Jazz process has permission to write to that location. ID CRJAZ1480E

When I look at the IFS, the teamserver-1295511409383bakup.properties is created, but doesnt contain any content. The list of files in the directory /QIBM/UserData/JazzTeamServer/V3.0/server/conf/jts are
-rwxrwxrwx 1 QSYS 0 4141 Jan 17 15:45 log4j.properties
drwxrwsrwx 2 QSYS 0 12288 Jan 17 15:47 provision_profiles
-rwxrwxrwx 1 QSYS 0 10889 Jan 17 15:45 scr.xml
-rwxrwxrwx 1 QSYS 0 6311 Jan 17 15:45 services.xml
-rwxrwxrwx 1 QEJBSVR 0 6835 Jan 19 11:06 teamserver-1295431568886bakup.properties
-rwxrwxrwx 1 QEJBSVR 0 2258 Jan 19 11:12 teamserver-1295431944867bakup.properties
-rw-rw-rw- 1 QEJBSVR 0 2321 Jan 19 14:52 teamserver-1295511409383bakup.properties
-rwxrwxrwx 1 QSYS 0 2375 Jan 19 17:45 teamserver.properties

Anyone have an idea what could cause this?

Regards

I have the same issue during the setup process when enabling the E-mail notification (prior steps went fine however).

The mentioned backup file is created (owned by QEJBSVR, with full permissions) but is empty.
