Asset Rejection mails without the asset being reviewed

iRAM Administrator (3152156135) | asked Jan 07 '11, 3:32 p.m.
One user received several rejection emails within minutes of changing the asset state to "Review" even though asset has not been reviewed.

Here are the steps user performed:
1. The asset was in the SWG Tivoli community in a review state.
2. User canceled the review. This was successfully and user received an email saying the review had been canceled (since user own the asset).
3. Once the asset was in draft, user edited the asset and changed the community to IBM Software Services for Tivoli ISST Staging and updated the ISST Review Schema category.
4. During the update process, user received the following message "unexpected error occurred" in her browser window.
5. Even though user received the error message, the updates were accepted.
6. User submitted the asset for review.

User received the multiple rejection emails shortly after placing the asset in review.

Even we checked the asset activity and it also didn't mentioned any step by which it is indicated that the asset has been reviewed and rejected.

We suspect this to be a bug. If we are not right, please explain us about this abnormal behavior.

Do you have more specifics on the error (the full log/trace that came up on the browser, or the ramDebug.log)?

RAM today gives "unexpected error occurred" when the asset is being updated ... in many cases it is not an Error, but rather a reflection that the asset is "busy".
