Internal Server Error when type field not populated

iRAM Administrator (3152156135) | asked Dec 27 '10, 5:36 a.m.
On Submit Asset form, sometimes type field do not populate after selecting the community even after waiting for some time.
When this is the case and user tries to upload any artifact using Advanced Upload option, a pop up appears with message as "Internal Server Error".
Is this something which is expected in such a case or is this a bug?

We are using RAM v7.2.0.2 + testfix 7a. Browser is Firefox v3.6.10.

Type field drop down values do not appear at all. The drop down box use to be empty and that's why it is not possible to choose any value for type field.

In Firefox browser, clicking on Tools -> Error Console shows the following error :
Error: uncaught exception:

Which Levels of RAM and Browser are you using?

When you switch to a given type, do you see any errors on the server (you can check the error log from the Administrator->Tools , ramDebug.log).

For the "sometimes" it happens ... is is always on the same type?
If you ran a firefox browser/firefox ... do you see any errors on the browser console?
