iRAM file upload time display issue

Please help in understanding the upload asset "Modified" time on the iRAM apps. What we have observed is that, the "Modified" tab shows the file creation time and not really the time when file was uploaded.
E.g. I uploaded an asset on 20th Dec and it is showing the "Modified" date as 13th Dec which is actually the date of file creation on my local.

Please let us know, if this is the right behavior.

yes, when you publish, you publish an existing File (or baseline)... RAM does not attempt to modify these.
