Hi - i have a customer that has downloaded the 60 day RTC trial that gives him 10 authorized user developer licenses. we received a PO from this customer on Friday, 12/17, for a total of 7 RTC floating licenses and 30 RTC authorized user licenses. This customer is involved in mission critical development and has asked for either a total of 40 authorized user licenses or 10 floating developer licenses temp keys until their order is booked and the permanent keys are available. The only capability i have as a Rational sales person is the ability to extend the 10 authorized user temp keys. Could you please provide direction on how i can get the temp keys that the customer is asking for? The total PO for RTC and other Rational licenses is over $358K, so I would like to accommodate this request asap. thanks!
