The license server is available at software for internal use download page. I you have already downloaded yours medias from there, it's possible download the license server too.

thanks, I have the binary code, just wondering if there is a public one that we could all use without install&config our own, but from rational support guys, seems no. thanks anyway, for the reply! :-)
