My wish list on Jazz build engine...

1. Access to the verbose option from build engine participants. I like
to control log file output using the verbose command line option.

2. More human readable timestamp in the log file name. File names like
build-1207958479259.log have no problem though...

3. Access to the timestamp in the log file name. When build engine
participants create additional log files, I would like to use the same
timestamp that is used in the current build engine log file.

4. Access to Exception classes used in default build engine
participants. For example the InvalidPropertyValueException class is
declared as a public class, but it is in the
com.ibm.team.build.internal.engine package. I think those classes could
be moved to the com.ibm.team.build.common package.
