Issues with Jazz Build- Feed Service & IM Account Setup

Hi

I am new to Jazz and have started evaluating the environment from different organizational perspectives. My test platform is Win2K Server (Single Machine).I am facing few problems.

I. Issue with Jazz Build

SCENARIO
I have setup the build engine according to the guidelines given in the tutorial, defined a new build definition and submitted a request for the new build

When the Jazz Build Engine starts running, the console shows the following activity

Waiting for request...
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.commons.httpclient.params.DefaultHttpParams).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

----------------------------------------------------------
PROBLEM
The engines does not seems to serve any build request and show result, What I need to check?

II Issue with Feeds

SCENARIO
In Project Area, under Feeds Node i.e.

Feeds > My Team in BlackHat
Feeds > My Work Item Changes
On each node, there is a tiny red error icon stating:

Unable to interpret the supplied link as Feed
Detail: Invalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence

Below are links that are already specified in properties

*Dev1 is a contributor on the BlackHat Team

PROBLEM
Despite My Open Work Items/New Incoming Work Items working fine, I am not getting change events in Team Central for Event Log.

III. Unable to Configure IM Account

I have Jabber OpenFire Server up and running, how can i verify that the user ADMIN can connect from Jazz client ? I do not see any IM Account option in Team View

I would higly appreciate, if someone could give me a lead...I need to be get going :)
