Hi,

We have recently been evaluating RTC version 3 release candidates.
Our client is particularly interested in the time sheet feature on work-items.
However are wanting to log values such as 0.5 hours or even values such as 30 minutes (30m) like you do for estimates.
Is there any setting that makes this possible? As at the moment it does not seem to make sense that you can have an estimate in minutes yet you would have to report a minimium of 1 hour against it.
Hope someone can help with this question.

You cannot use those values as of now. There is a enhancement request for that.
