The Eclipse client has a feed option to watch topics such as the
iteration plans. Is there a similar feature for the web. I don't see an
RSS or ATOM icon and I want to watch topics and work items with my feed
reader.

Many of the state changes that happen in the Jazz repository are
available for viewing as RSS or Atom. You can confirm this by copying
one of the feed URIs from TeamCentral/Feeds, and pasting that into your
feed reader.

Note however, that if your server is configured secure, that no feed
reader I'm aware of can handle the form-based auth challenges the Jazz
server produces.

Also note that you will not get the rich presentation offered in the RTC
client in your standard feed reader. The link encoded in the feed entry
is to a summary database record, and not to a rich description that you
see in RTC (RTC does multiple interpretations of the entry to arrive at
its presentation).
