Common_Snapshot.LINKS table not available from Insight

Daniel Rippa (673) | asked Nov 12 '10, 1:08 p.m.
I need to create an Insight report that shows data from RQM and RTC. Specifically, I need to show the ID, Summary, Due Date, etc of Defects created when running TestScripts in RQM, where a Tested By cross server link is set up between RTC and RQM.
I assume this information is in the COMMON_SNAPSHOT.LINKS we used in BIRT (I might be wrong, never created a report for cross-server links). This table as it appears in BIRT can be seen in this screenshot:

But when accessing RTC data from Insight Metadata Wizard, that table is not available in COMMON_SNAPSHOT, as you can see in the next screenshot:

I'm not sure why that table is not appearing. Even if it were there... is that the right table to use for accessing cross-server links like the ones I need to report on? (RQM ScriptStep related to a Defect stored in RTC using cross-server links like "Tested By").

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Links is actually not a table in the data mart, but a view upon live operational data from the repository. Our BIRT Data Sets allow both types of data access (data mart, and live data). So unfortunately there's nothing you can extract here from our data mart.
