M6 WebUI: TypeError Page has no Properties

Tom Frauenhofer (1.3k58435) | asked Apr 08 '08, 7:21 p.m.
Playing around in M6 WebUI. I'm using a fresh install, no project areas
setup yet, no teams !!

If I click on 'Project Areas' I see a dialog box appear that says:

TypeError: page has no properties

I'm guessing it'll go away after I actually define a project area :-)

It must be an edge case to the edge case -- I know that I got a message which said there are no project areas defined. I think the problem is a setup one with LDAP, as I think I've seen it before when I was having setup issues.

Hello David,

should the error not go away after you have created a project, let us know.

The error message could say that there was no project defeined instead of page has no properties. You could open a WI and ask for a better error message but on the other hand it maybe a very edge case that you login the Web UI not having a project defined.
