Case insensitive usernames?

Jeremy Hughes (2164837) | asked Apr 08 '08, 12:23 p.m.
Hi, is it possible to configure Jazz to turn off case sensitivity of
usernames? I'm using email addresses as the user ids so when users login
they don't expect to have to preserve case.

Thanks,
Jeremy

That almost describes it. I've actually matched the case of the userids
I've created in Jazz with their case in bluepages. The issue I have is
that users login using a different case to the one they have defined in
bluepages as they're not used to applications distinguishing between the
two ... after what sysadmin is going to create two userids in Jazz which
are the same characters but with different case.

That said, I think solving the above enhancement will solve the issue I
have.

Thanks,
Jeremy
