Is there a reason for this? It seems M5a is above M6 in the list here:

JAZZ DEVELOPER
What you see on the jazz.not home page is the preferred download. We
only declare a milestone build as preferred download after having
validated that it is good in all respects. This usually takes 1-2 weeks
and a handful of successful deployments.
