Update to a team members available hours
Is it possible to create a new security setting which would allow a team leader role to update the available hours of a member of a team ? In large organisations this will help to devolve the admin of the fine grained detail of members of a team to the team leaders who know when someone has booked 2 days off work or called in sick. This will help to ensure the accuracy of the plans.

Is it possible to control the delivery of code to a stream and effectively block certain users from being allowed to deliver to a 'Release' stream.

Yes, you can specify in the permissions section of the process
