Starting only CCM in the workbench?

Hi there!
Is it possible to configure the workbench in a way that only starts CCM (but not RM and QM).
At the moment we are mainly interested in the new CCM features of version 3.0 and we have a rather low end server. So it would be helpful to disable the RM and QM applications in order to save resources for CCM. Is there a way to configure this?
