Lifecycle criteria do not check for all child possibilities

iRAM Administrator (3152156135) | asked Oct 01 '10, 11:03 a.m.
I created a lifecycle with following condition :

Categorization is : Originating Geography > Southwest Europe IOT

I submitted an asset with originating geography = Southwest Europe IOT
-- WORKS FINE

I submitted an asset with originating geography = Southwest Europe IOT - France IMT
-- it doesn't meet this lifecycle condition

If I had to put every child as a condition, it will make my lifecycle very complex. Further all changes in taxonomy of IMT or product etc... then I may end up having to edit lifecyle everytime the sub children change

I really just want to set a governance process saying regardless of IMT, anything from that originating geography needs to follow this lifecycle. Is there any way to do this ?
