I would like to see all the results from a REST GET query.

e.g.
https://<host>/jazz/oslc/queries/<queryUUID>/rtc_cm:results.xml

This returns 1000 entries ( the same as the 'Feed Query Maximum Entries' setting ). I don't want to alter that setting.

How can I receive more than 1000 entries?
Is there a page parameter I can set on the URL?

I have spent a little while hunting around for the answer but I didn't find any documentation for this.
