change user property (Email) when using Ldap + Oracle

Yaron Norani (47267065) | asked Sep 12 '10, 6:16 a.m.
Hello,

We are using RTC with Ldap.
Ldap is Read Only.
I have an imported user.
I have changed User's Email on Ldap.
How can it be reflected to RTC?
Please note that the attribute is read only in RTC, and I do not want to create a new user.

Thanks

Yaron

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hello Yaron

I just noticed this question, while I was searching for something on the Forum, just thought of putting my 2 cents on this question. If you allow the nightly sync to run on its own the altered user property would sync into the jazz repository.

Else you would also use the "repotools-jts.bat -syncUsers" command to immediately sync up the updated email details.

But if changing the email Id, I would suggest you use some other static attribute as the login mapped id.
