Hi,
we've removed the TeamView for M9 because now the APT plan editor
provides the same information in a much more thorough and accurate way.
The TeamView had been designed and implemented by the work item team as
an interim solution (and it introduced lots of questionable
dependencies on other components).

However, if you really want to get it back, please file an enhancement
request against Agile Planning.
