I also have same question. If we store the requirements in RRC, and use RSA to complete design, it's necessary that we can link the content(like Use Case, Activity Diagram) to requirements in RRC, and keep traceability between them.

You can link RSA content to RCC content using CAM (watch the video at the link below). It's still a beta release, but it works at least from RSA to RRC. The other way around is supposed to be delivered in a next beta
