RQM Common Reporting - will it ever run on Windows 7?

My "play" environment is Windows 7 64 bit. I can run nearly all the Jazz tools and DB2 on it. But I can't install Common Reporting (or Rational Insight). I know it is officially not supported. Will it ever be supported?
