Is it possible to import Manual test scripts directly from HP Quality Center, HTML or excel/word into RQM? It only appears that we can import from XML files. Are there utilities which support other formats?

RQM has a Word / Excel import utility: http://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter

There is also the API that may offer up ideas of other alternatives: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi
