Q : Add a functionality to RAM Console

I have created a web application, where we can browse for a excel sheet. Where I can provide all the asset details and can submit those asset to RAM (batch update thru excel).

Now I was wondering if I can add a extra button or link in my RAM console for batch upload. So at the end of the day I will have two buttons in RAM
i) submit asset (as usual) and
ii) bulk update (which will link to the tool/webapplication mentioned)

Is it possible to have? if yes, how?

Also if no, can we add it in some form of header (for eample as in iRAM)? and how?

Help appreciated..

Formally there is not way to extend the main UI in RAM.

that said, you mentioned the theme ... check out the header.jspf (a jsp fragment) ... you can do a lot with a javascript....
