I clearly have the keys installed and to the best of my knowledge I have
the proper port configured.

Please look at the attached screen shots.

I went through this last year with my temp key and it took someone
logging into my machine to get it working.

I'm afraid I'm going to need assistance again.

Please help.

How did you install RTC? Through Server Setup? If through Server Setup
then it is the userid/password of the RAM administrator that you logged
in as to Server Setup.
