Icons not showing up when I use a new URL

Case Taintor (1462116) | asked Jun 30 '10, 6:57 a.m.
Our Jazz system used to be available at:

url1:9080/jazz...

and, in getting ready for moving our jazz instance to a more stable, production environment, I've set up apache with mod proxy so that the following works as well:

url2/jazz

Everything works smoothly -- I haven't had any issues just changing all my urls to url2/jazz instead of url1:9080/jazz. I did have to update the Public URI root to be: http://url2/jazz .

Anyway, the only thing that I've noticed that doesn't work now is the icons -- whereas if I'm connected to url1:9080, it presents the icon "http://url1:9080/LONGURL/ticket.gif", with url2, it present the icon "http://url2/LONGURL/bug.gif" for everything. As in, every icon when I'm using url2 is bug.gif, whereas with url1:9080, it uses the appropriate icon. I checked the LONGURL part, and they are identical. Anyway -- I'm curious why it won't pull the icon correctly. What do I need to change?
