Hi, I would like to be able to set the enumeration of a field B, based
on the choice selected in field A.

Is there any extension point or hook to execute my custom code when
field A value has been entered or changed?

Thanks,

Chemi.

Hi Chemi,

yes, that's possible. I think in RTC 2.0.0.2+.

You can use AttributeValueProviders written in Javascript and added as process attachment:

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/AttributeValueProviders

Hope that helps,
Florian

Great. Thanks a lot. Just last question.... it seems 3.0 adds some UI
help for this. Are you aware of any link in the Wiki about the new
related features in 3.0?

Thanks again,

Chemi.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hello Florian,

I was looking for the same but for 3.0M6. As in the release it shows that no UI exists for the moment ... are there documented in any place the new Providers available to use?

Do you know how to use this dependent fields for complex attribute types? (WorkItem for instance).

Thanks in advance for the info.

Regards,

Jorge.
