Problem while trying to upgrade RAM 7.1.1 to 7.2.0.1

We are trying to upgrade RAM from 7.1.1 to 7.2.0.1, there is a recommendation for the db2 fix pack and we are using earlier version (9.5.3) where as (9.5.4) is recommended. I am attaching the error too. Could any one tell me whether it is a db2 issue or problem in Websphere configurations?

Hi,

That's probably not the full stack trace.

Also, where did this error occur? What page in RAM where you on? How did
you upgrade to 7.2.0.1? What process did you use?

Please attach the ramdebug.log and WAS systemout log.
