Problem while trying to upgrade RAM 7.1.1 to 7.2.0.1

We are trying to upgrade RAM from 7.1.1 to 7.2.0.1, there is a recommendation for the db2 fix pack and we are using earlier version (9.5.3) where as (9.5.4) is recommended. I am attaching the error too. Could any one tell me whether it is a db2 issue or problem in Websphere configurations?
