Does RAM7.2.0.2 support configurator plugin?

From this paper in dW, RAM configurator is introduced for RAM7.1.

But in 7.2, I haven't find it, so has it been removed in new version? Can I use this configurator plugin for 7.1 to config my latest RAM7.2.0.2?

Great! but what url allow me to download this tool / plugin? I cannot find it in the RAM server folder.

The Configurator plugin was not created by, shipped or supported as part of the RAM product. The author informed me that the version in this article works with RAM 7.2.0.2.
