Problem in LDAP configuraion for RAM

Abhinav Ajmera (22113020) | asked May 18 '10, 2:26 a.m.
I am getting below error while configuring bluepage ldap for my ram....

The group name property "cn" is not valid or the group "JazzDWAdmins" could not be found in the LDAP registry.

Could you tell how to resolve this?

Are you trying to set up RTC roles? These are not LDAP configurations, they are set in the WAS console admin (Enterprise Applications > jazz_war > Security role to user/group mapping).

.... The RAM server setup will set the admin with the proper roles for RAM to run.

JazzDWAdmins is a role in RTC.

I am not sure why you are accessing RTC while configuring LDAP for RAM.

To configure bluepages for RAM, you can use ram.setup, and choose LDAP in the first screen and go from there.
