Hi,

I have the integration setup between RQM and RTC. It seems working because in Plan Items section of a Test Case, I'm able to link work items from RTC. I then tried to add viewlet from RTC in RQM's dashborad, but got the following error:

Failed to connect to the repository.
Unable to load /jazz/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2Ftspmrtc.gc.au.ibm.com%3A9443%2Fjazz%2Frootservices status:500

Any suggetion on how to fix it? Many thanks!

Please take that exact URL and paste it into the location bar of your browser, pressing enter.
You should then get additional details beyond just "500" displayed in the browser. Include those here.

When I hit https://rtchost:9443:/jazz/Frootservices/ the result says The requested resource() is not available, http status 404.

Which resrouce is the error referring to? What is Froot services?
